【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesignallingprotocolforthesupportoftheCallTransfersupplementaryservice(SS-CT)attheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedNetworkservicesexchanges(PINXs)connectedtogetherwithinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).SS-CTisasupplementaryservicewhichenablesaUsertotransformtwoofthatUser'scalls(atleastoneofwhichmustbeanswered)intoanewcallbetweenthetwootherusersinthetwocalls.TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.ServicespecificationsareproducedinthreestagesandaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinETS300387.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsthestage3specificationfortheQreferencepointandsatisfiestherequirementsidentifiedbythestage1andstage2specificationsinISO/IEC13865.ThesignallingprotocolforSS-CToperatesontopofthesignallingprotocolforbasiccircuitswitchedcallcontrol,asspecifiedinISO/IEC11572,andusescertainaspectsofthegenericproceduresforthecontrolofsupplementaryservicesspecifiedinISO/IEC11582.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesadditionalsignallingprotocolrequirementsforthesupportofinteractionsattheQreferencepointbetweenCallTransferandothersupplementaryservicesandANFs.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXswhichcaninterconnecttoformaPISN.
