【摘要】:ISO9241-11definesusabilityandexplainshowtoidentifytheinformationwhichisnecessarytotakeintoaccountwhenspecifyingorevaluatingusabilityofavisualdisplayterminalintermsofmeasuresofuserperformanceandsatisfaction.Guidanceisgivenonhowtodescribethecontextofuseoftheproduct(hardware,softwareorservice)andtherelevantmeasuresofusabilityinanexplicitway.Theguidanceisgivenintheformofgeneralprinciplesandtechniques,ratherthanintheformofrequirementstousespecificmethods.TheguidanceinISO9241-11canbeusedinprocurement,design,development,evaluation,andcommunicationofinformationaboutusability.ISO9241-11includesguidanceonhowtheusabilityofaproductcanbespecifiedandevaluated.Itappliesbothtoproductsintendedforgeneralapplicationandproductsbeingacquiredfororbeingdevelopedwithinaspecificorganization.ISO9241-11alsoexplainshowmeasuresofuserperformanceandsatisfactioncanbeusedtomeasurehowanycomponentofaworksystemaffectsthewholeworksysteminuse.Theguidanceincludesproceduresformeasuringusabilitybutdoesnotdetailalltheactivitiestobeundertaken.Specificationofdetaileduser-basedmethodsofmeasurementisbeyondthescopeofISO9241-11,butfurtherinformationcanbefoundinAnnexBandthebibliographyinAnnexE.ISO9241-11appliestoofficeworkwithvisualdisplayterminals.Itcanalsoapplyinothersituationswhereauserisinteractingwithaproducttoachievegoals.ISO9241parts12to17provideconditionalrecommendationswhichareapplicableinspecificcontextsofuse.heguidanceinthisPartofISO9241canbeusedinconjunctionwithISO9241Parts12to17inordertohelpidentifytheapplicabilityofindividualrecommendations.ISO9241-11focusesonusabilityanddoesnotprovidecomprehensivecoverageofallobjectivesofergonomicdesignreferredtoinISO6385.However,designforusabilitywillcontributepositivelytoergonomicobjectives,suchasthereductionofpossibleadverseeffectsofuseonhumanhealth,safetyandperformance.ISO9241-11doesnotcovertheprocessesofsystemdevelopment.Human-centreddesignprocessesforinteractive-systemsaredescribedinISO13407.
