【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthedeterminationofstructuralcarbohydratespresentinabiomasssample,expressedasthepercentmassofanoven-driedsamplebasisofeachanhydrosugar.1.2Samplematerialssuitableforthisprocedureincludehardandsoftwoods,herbaceousmaterials,suchassericeaandswitchgrass,agriculturalresidues,suchascornstover,wheatstraw,andbagasse,wastepaper,suchasboxboard,officewaste,andnewsprint,acidoralkaline-pretreatedbiomass,washedfreeofanyresidualacidoralkali,andthesolidfractionoffermentationresidues.1.3Theoptionsforthetypesofsamplestobeanalyzedinthisprocedureare:1.3.1PreparedBiomassSamples:1.3.1.1AirDriedMaterial—Resultsarereportedasthepercentbymass,basedontheoven-driedmassoftheair-driedsample.1.3.1.245°CDriedMaterial—Resultsarereportedasthepercentbymass,basedontheoven-driedmassofthe45°Cdriedsample.1.3.1.3FreezeDriedMaterial—Resultsarereportedasthepercentbymass,basedontheoven-driedmassofthefreezedriedsample.1.3.2Extractives-FreeSample—Resultsarereportedasthepercentbymass,basedontheoven-driedmassoftheextractedsample.1.4Thisstandardmethodisgenerallynotsuitableforsamplesthatcontainsoluble,nonstructuralcarbohydratesunlesstheyareremovedpriortoanalysis.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SeeSection8forspecifichazardsstatements.
